HI, i am a user of w800i.. When i take picture, is there any mode to set the camera sound to silent ?

Change the mode to silent mode and then try

...and then as written in a hundred other similar topics, if that doesn't work you'll have to use a 3rd patry service like davinci to flash your firmware to a region which doesn't have this limitation
either that or live with it
