filming someone without them knowing....i don't know?..It might be alright if used for fun or practical jokes ect....but the potential for misuse is quite high.

Nokia have been doing this for years with their phones that have the camera on the side spine..
Have you also noticed in the first picture, the image on the phones screen is mirrored ?
