K800i default applications and Games lost! |

Hi,
can anyone help. After adding some files to my K800i recently (themes and jpegs), when i disconnected it from the PC I could no longer open my application or games folder. On reconecting it to the PC I found these folders empty.
Can anyone advise where I can get the pre installed games and applications... e.g. WTA tennis, Golf game, Facewarp etc. I have trawled the SE website and found nothing... |

Hi,
I have tried a master reset, but it doesnt help. Every time i try to install a game or application it says operation failed. Any ideas???
I would like to fix it without having to return it |

Thanks, unfortunately it doesnt have the original apps. Also, I cant install anything because any time i try it says "operation failed".
I even tried a Master Reste, that was no good too |

hi,,
No joy yet. have posted a request for help on the firmware forum, in case it is a bug. If all fails I will just send it back under warranty, but hopefully a new firmware should be around the corner, that may help. |

'Exactly' the same thing happened with me. In order to solve it, I re-flashed the software using Wotan.

I had the operation failed problem
I attributed it to a hardware problem and was given a new phone under warranty by the dealer |

=C Yeah I only got my phone 2 days ago and I am getting the same problem. All I did was copy some k800i games from my computer to the Memory Card Stick and installed them on my phone, Worked like a charm! Till next time I tried to access the "My Games" folder. It them said "Operation Failed".
So Any Ideas would be great. Thinking about taking it back to where I got it and tell them about it. See if I can get a replacement for Hardware Problems as I am on a Phone Plan.
