my gf wants to update her FW but cant because the batt is stuck n orange have removed the software update OTA (would cost a bomb anyway) any tips or tricks to remove the w810i batt cover when it seems to have welded its self on

You have to push the middle of the cover down really hard and it should pop the clips apart

Yeah, push in the middle where it meets with the rest of the housing, saying that mine slides off easy as pie

try superglue, it slides off easy as meat pie if you put superglue on it.

I had that cover circus aswell, imo it gets loose by time and will be easier to get off. Noticed the same in k8

boba's right. i had to wrestle with the cover for the first 2 to 4 times, now it pops off in a snap

slight damage to the cover but nothing noticable hehe anyway SEUS update worked fine (Orange Branded UK) and flashing LED bug gone yay
