I heard some people are actually paid to play movies and look for these kind of flaws in the film.

I've noticed that self-repairing Porsche in Commando, pretty dumb if you ask me...
About 10 yrs ago I saw a B-grade movie starring Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker from Star Wars) as a Time traveller. The movie sucked but it really lost all credibility when I saw a shot including the shadow of the crane holding a cameraman, in the foreground.
Can't remember the name of the movie for obvious reasons.

Blade Runner has quite a few major mistakes, although it's hard to notice any unless you're really trying to see them. Can't believe people spot half of these anyway.

i noticed one quite obvious one when i watched training day...
Wen they go and steal the $1million... and they shoot the guy (right side)
The when hes getting pushed away on the stretcher the wound moves to the other side

Just thought about it, and I betcha the worst movie plagued by movie mistakes and plot holes was King Kong (the new one).
Here are just a few:
-How they manage to get King Kong, which is almost bigger than the boat, onto the boat for transportation.
-Why the girl doesn't seem to sustain any injuries whilst being flung around in a giant mokey's hand at 100kp/h.
-The sudden appearance of men and weapons from the boat.
-How Jimmy manages to shoot giant bugs off Jack's arm, and not killing Jack. He was swinging the thing around. How can anyone imagine that to be believable?
And that's just to name a few... That's worse than some mentioned above.
