W810i Problem After Latest Firmware Update, R4DB005 |

Hi there
I have an unbranded W810i - im in the UK. I upgarded the firmware a couple of days ago from the SE site updater. All progressed fine.
Since that very upgarde I have found the following problems occur.
1 - When someone is calling me whom is stored in my phone book sim/or phone memory nothing comes up on the screen it is a black box with no name or number.
2 - When it is a number not stored on my handset it shows the number with answer underneath which is normal.
3 - When i recieve a text I get exactly the same no name or picture just blank nothingi n the black box area with read underneath. (i do not know if this happenes when somebody not from contacts sends a message)
I called SE today and they said do a master reset which i did and then he called me ... of course it showed the number as he wasnt in my phonebook. Now somebody else has called me whom is stored and nothing appears but the black box
Can anybody help with this? ... is this a known problem ...

Few more notes:
Have edited a few of the contacts ... still the same thing. No name no number no picture no nothing
the contacts were on my sim when I got this phoen a couple of month ago ... they are copied to the phone from the sim ie on both but the phone contacts are the default ones ....

This prob was mentioned somewhere in a thread, i can't remember where, nor can i remember if there was a cure. I have the same phone with same fw but i've never experienced that.
