A question for the Swedish amongst us....

If I have a number starting 07390............

Is that a mobile?

Thanks in advance.

Impossible to tell since you can move your number freely between service providers in Sweden. However, I think 073 originally was on Comviq.

as already stated the number can be ported from one provider from another. But 07390 is original a Tele2 number, if you want to check which provider it has, check http://www.snpac.se/indexEN.htm and click on "Check Operator" (requires registration, but it's free)
