Polyphonic ringtones are the best thing which can be in a mobile phone. The sound of T300 is the best sound that i ever heared.
I have a t68i and for me its the best phone, but i want poly ring. I don't want buy a t300 beacuse it's ugly.
Who else want poly ring signal for the t68i??
How can we send this topic to SE???
They must bring us a Hardware update or anything else.

No was it'll be done, first of all the T68 is almost discontinued, second of all it'll cost alot to start the upgread hardware in porduction, the software is the same... in other words it's cost them more to upgrade the t68 than producing a brand new t300

Something about the polyphonic ringtones make them difficult for me to hear my phone ringing when I'm busy. I think most of them just aren't loud and piercing enough. I had a Samsung A500 (yuck) and my friend has a Nokia 7210. For practicality I prefer somewhat obnoxious ringers and songs just don't do it for me.
I wish phones in general had more standard ringers and ditch the majority of the songs. The Samsung I had didn't have a single normal ringer! I would love a polyphonic ringtone that sounds like an old mechanical phone - that would be cool.
I have a T68mc(i) and a T600. The T600 has a really loud ringer!

i wanted polyphony, so i got 7210, but still the t68i is more useful to me and way more sophisticated, so i am happily using it and when i have the urge for the polyphonic sound i go get my 7210 out of the box and play some ringtones, then i put it back and return to my happy usage of the t68i...

its not possible for the t68 to have polyphonic signals, its hardware, imagine your pc, its like to wish your pc could play music without soundcard, and it was only software that could do it possible. |

the hardware of the T68i _should_ be able to handle poly ringtones...
but the memory needed to hold such software will be heavy....
i still wish it would happen....
i will give up all the game in the phone to have poly ringtones.... |

Guess what, T68i even be able to play the polyphonic ringtone of the above 3 MMS, although the sound is very very soft, you have to place your ear to the earpiece in order to hear it .........but its polyphonic ringtone, not sure whether its from the ringer or earpiece but its amazing ! However, I am not saying that T68i will be able to get polyphonic ringtone with future upgrade.......just don't think its possible. Anyway, I am using T68m ( with R6a T68i software), I believe you need R5 software versions be able to sent those MMS templates to your phone ! Enjoy !
