K750i "brown" flashing with DCU-60 Cable |

Getting ready to flash my SE K750i with the DCU-60 USB cable. It’s a CDA102338/36 “BROWN” with R1N035 firmware. Did a lot of reading here and got all the tools I think, but I still need a little guidance. Here goes:
1. I can’t do the cable test (read CID) using DVT 13.7, 13.8, or 15.8. But I can successfully read CID using DVT 16.3, and 16.4. How do I flash using one of those w/o having to open an account with Davinci?
2. Is the reason DVT 13.7 can't read CID because I don't have EPIUSB.SYS installed? (If so, how do I do this? I've tried unloading all the K750 drivers and reinstalling, but can't get the installation to accept the EPIUSB.SYS file.)
3. I got the R1CA021 files from Top Sony.
K750_R1CA021_MAIN_EU_1_CL.mbn (main)
K750_R1CA021_FS_EUROPE_1.fbn (file system)
Are these the files I need?
4. Unable to read GDFS using Sonics v1.120. As a result, can’t back GDFS up. What to do now?
Hoping you guys can give me some advice, or direct me to the right place. Thanks!
BTW, I'm hoping that flashing will change the color "Red", or is that impossible with the DCU-60 cable?

I think it can't be done because of the form of the plug. It wont fit in. If im not mistaken....

yes i know the ports are diffrent..but i want to know if we'll try to compare the pin outs of the DCU 11 and DCU 60 phones and then rewire the dcu 11 and then attaching the DCU 60 type connector...
