I had to recently go to an SE service center to get my K750's camera button fixed. This was second visit to the Salora service center in Jaipur and the second time the people there managed to get a large amount of dirt / dust particles stuck on the screen.
I am really tired of these people, anyone know of other service centers in Jaipur, Rajasthan for future reference (although I hope I never need one).

i went to sierra mobiles here in mumbai
they put a big fingerprint right in the middle of my k790i screen and they returned the phone to me like that
isnt that just crazy?? i was not at all happy with their service

when i asked them to clean it up , in doing so they put another stain and returned it. and when i told them to clean it again they got bugged

im sure s.e. would not be too pleased with this kind of service to the customers

i headed over to salora in bangalore today, the one in HSR layout, man they suck, all they needed to do was fill in the form, give them my headset, wait for 10days for the new ones to arrive, believe it or not, it took me one and half hours to get it done, they looked at it, found it was damaged, then they made me wait for an hour just to fill in the forms, while the f****r at the reception was busing talking on the phone to his girlfriend. B*strds.

i like the one in cochin, no hassels, all i tell them is it is not working, they took one look at it, and gave me a new one. they even did a FW update in 15 minutes time.

the one in HSR layout told, it will take 3 days for the FW to be updated, as there are a lot of phones in queue and one phone will take upto 2hrs just to get it updated.

u mean salora at lamington road? well iv had a very interesting experience out there too couple of years back with my k700i

since then i let my dealer handle all this, he just has to make one call and the work is done in a jiffy. he sends it to salora though.

i think these service people dont entertain individuals going to them directly.
