Hi there,

I've recently got my hands on a new K800i and have had no problems with the phone. Infact, everything is running smoothly!

The only thing that seems to be a bit strange is an icon thats in my status bar. It's next to my signal strength and is a white box with what looks like blue circles inside. I have checked through the manuals and elsewhere online but can't find out what it is, and how I can get rid of it. Does anyone know?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

I couldn't spot anything elsewhere, but I suppose I wasn't looking for 3G. I'm on Orange network, so surely it shouldn't be there as it's not on 3G?

If I remember correctly, it wasn't there when I first started the phone and set it up, I just remember seeing it after I had left it charging.

yes it's for 3g single. Check the SE website for the full manual rather than the cheap condensed version from the networks for a branded phone.

If it is this icon you are referring to, then yes, it's the 3G network indicator.
