hard reset blackberry? |

right folks.
ive been given my old dears blackberry to sort..
only problem i cant get into it as she has forgotten the password...
how do i do a proper proper hard reset?
apparently a quick press on the reset button does a hard reset.. but it lied! it doesnt..
how do i get into this damn blackberry?
its a 7230 if thats any help running what sw i dont know!
