The upper-leftmost main menu icon is labeled with the name of my WAP homepage. I changed this to Google, and thus, that icon says "Google." However, if I click it, the phone throws the error message, "The entered address is invalid. Please retype and try again."

However, if I launch the browser with its dedicated key (the one labeled ">> Online" on the side of the phone), the Google site comes up reliably. Just as it does when I pick "Google" from the browser's options menu. I've also verified in the WAP settings that the address is correct.

So, why does only the link from the main menu fail to work?

What do you mean "worked OK?" I have firmware R5A023, the latest one IIRC.

On a totally different subject, has anyone found a good anti-glare screen protector for these phones? The BoxWave ones never adhere completely, and the ClariVue ones are too small
