here is a standard GSM codes page I often quote in response to such questions
in this case its the no anwer codes you are interested in...

Delay nn seconds: max 30 seconds, in 5 second increments
Set: **61*destination*25*nn#[SEND]
Cancel: ##61*25#[SEND]
Query: *#61*25#[SEND]
----------
destination here will be your voicemail number

dont nokia's have a 30 second delay as a max? isnt it dependant on the type of phone??
