The k8 constantly drops the calls with that fw, the line brakes during the calls, did u recognized it too? Whats the latest fw and if there is any, did se fixed that bug?

If you are in an area with poor 3G reception, try switching to GSM only.

how do you switch to gsm only? i dont have that option in my mobile networks...

Its a fw bug, happens in 2g and 3g area aswell

I discussed it with my friend, in the area the fone is at usage, 2g and 2g constantly switches, maybe its net failure? It doesnt happened in nokia fones. Any thoughts?

I have the same firmware but dont have the same problem. Are you sure that it is not just your phone?

its my frinds fone ( he has a mobile shop, so he managed 15 hours talk within 3 weeks ), tested tons of other models, no other behaved like this. but maybe its operator faulty, we dont know, cos still no falsh for k8

I've got the phone with the same fw and I'm experiencing this issue too but only while im driving...I thought it was the phone's signal reception that was not strong enough, but looking at the signal bar when the call drops, the least it showed was a 3 or 4 bars which is not too bad..

I have that fw and nothing's happened to me yet. It's probably network related.

problem solcved, it was the crap network, what made the fone crazy... at swiching from 2 to 3 g....
