Esato: Support service for network operators |

I've been talking to a guy from the BBC about a review he did of the Nokia 7650 (although the same applies to other manufacturers and phones) about the sh1t support the operators provide.
Would anybody be interested in selling their time/services to the networks to provide support for the common user problems?
There is clearly a market for this (although the operators may take some convincing) and it appears that there are enough people who have overcome technical problems to form a group to provide the operators with the info...
Maybe it's another way Esato can pay for itself?

I think it might need to be more comprehensive than that... I doubt the operators will want to wade through the existing posts.
Somebody (I ain't volunteering!) would need to go through and get all of the final answers, and maybe produce a simple FAQ system.
It would take a bit of work...
