Can anyone help me out? My spare phone, a k750, just died on me. I turned it on and if got stuck on the white screen.

Have you tried taking the battery out?
Or you could try and re flash it with seus.

Go to the SE web site and download the seus updater from the support section, install it on your pc and follow the instructions to update your phone.
I hope it works

Thanks for your replay Del.
Went to have my phone checked and found out that the LCD screen was busted. Will flash new firmware once i get my unit fixed. |

but theres no need to reflashit. the damage was the lcd not fw/sw. but if u want to upgrade it, up to you!
