I have had my phone for just over 5 weeks now, not beeen using it much as my 6680 has a month to run on it's contract yet. Was messing around with it yesterday and noticed that the plastic cover around the joystick in the upper right soft key are not sitting correctly, in fact the soft key has quite a bit of loose play in it.

I took it back to place of purchase, Phones4U, the manager was ready to swap the phone until he notioced it was 6 days out of the 28 exchange period. He offered tro send it away but couldn't guarantee a fix as they may deem the issue to be cosmetic and then charge me for courier costs!!

I agreed to them sending it away until they realised it was a '3' phone and I would need to deal with them direct. Is there anyway to attempt to reseat the keyboard on this phone as I can't see anyway of realeasing the top cover but then if I do thi I will no doubt void my warranty.

I'm not too hopeful of contacting 3 Customer Services given all I have heard about them.

Any suggestions...

that material is pretty crap, imo k750 is made ion the same way. w810 keypad is far better. i do hate, even its not buggy, that when i push key1, key3 is moving with aswell.
