This could be the ultimate gadget for the outdoor type who still likes to stay connected. This hand-crank radio ensures youll never be caught without three important foul-weather emergency tools: AM/FM/weather band radio, a flashlight, and a cell phone charger.

There must be an easier way to put a radio into a Motorola?
The car in front is absolutely unique apart from the one behind it which is exactly the same. Murray Walker

Sony also has the ICF-B01 a AM/FM radio that has a built in torch and comes with an attachment for charging mobile phones.

Cranking the handle for one minute 120 turns provides enough power to run the radio for around an hour, light the LED lamp for around 15 minutes, or charge up a phone enough for around a three-minute call.

I still much rather have this hand cranked Motorola PVOT Phone though.
