Hi all!

I've finally decided that I've had enoug of my V3 and now that I'm back from holiday I'll get my K800i...The best deals I've seen so far, are from e2save...I know that they are affiliated with carphone warehouse and all, but I just wanted to know from anyone who has bought from them before, if they are any good

I know that the chances of me getting a dud k800i might be a bit high, so I really want to know how customer services/reliability etc is from them...

Thanks a lot!

Kwiksta

If you have redemption package, makes ure you keep your bills to claim, but i have had several from them and been okay

They are a spin off of CPW - i think

They are a division of Carphone Warehouse. I havent dealt with them direct but have heard people say they are ok.

I have always got the money back. I think once was when the D600 and the Mrs wanted it. Got it on a tmobile tariff. Never used the Sim and was fine then too

I was dubious, but went back twice.

JUst read the small print. I guess it depends on the urge to get the phone

Okay...thanks for the advice! I'll think about it for the time being and then order it (hopefully) with the next few days

I'm off!

Good night....

If you decide to go with e2save, make sure you sign-up and purchase through QuidCo (free):

http://www.quidco.com/mobiles-utilities/e2save/

You'll get £36.50 cashback for a purchase of and completed contract

e2save are excellent, i've taken out a few cashback contracts with them and had no problems at all. I was a month late with my last cashback and they still sent me the money!
