Where can i find motherboard connecters for w800i?

stuartfraser Joined: Aug 12, 2006 Posts: 3 PM	Posted: 2006-08-12 19:48 okay, ive got a bit of a problem, it seems that somehow, the camera on my w800i isnt working, upon dismantling the phone i found that the conector that lies under the screen that connects the motherboard to the camera via a ribbon or flex cable, had gone...completely, just fallen off the motherboard...and off the cable...the cables not a problem, i can get one of them easily...but what i really need is the connector that goes on to the main board, so i can have a new one soldered on...does anyone know where i might find them?

If you get a cheapo phone from ebay and use the whole donar mainboard (don't destroy it trying to remove the connector) in your phone. It's very unusual for the connector to just "fall off".
