How many messages can the K800 hold, i know i have had a lot just but i deleted them because the phone was getting a bit laggy.
Does anyone know? |

Some say 1000 or something, it's really weird that you can't see it in the phone.
Phone history: T20e, T100, T630, K600i and now K800i |

If you run MyPhoneExplorer - available from http://www.fjsoft.at/ - and open Memorystatus, it will show you the amount of space there is available for the various aspects of the phone. For my K800i it shows:
Contacts-phone: 1000
Contacts-SIM: 200
SMS-phone: 1000
SMS-SIM: 20

That is a lot of messages! it usually gets too slow by then though so just delete them |

Yeah, it is 1000 but as you say it gets so slow. And without folders the idea of keeping 1000 seems pointless. If they had a search feature on the other hand...kind of like GMail - that would be excellent. |
