you don't, its very low res anyway
its just there for video calling

i once had a thought that secondary camera can take picture.. but now i guess i have the real asnwer for it

if you don't do video calling (or infact even if you do) there is a good use for that camera
go into the video call function, click more, then layout, then switch pictures and the big part of the screen shows your image
useful for the vain of you or perhaps those wanting a last check of themselves before a hot date...

Or Service mode *<*>*<<*<* (...whatever) and go to service test and camera.
You then be shown a great picture of yourself full picture
