Wow, that must have been scary!  Shows how the proliferation of phones with video capability means that it's more likey that many news items, disasters, wars etc. can be caught on camera.
Btw, you can tell it's a US site, I had to sit though a bloody Clairol hair colouring advert before the video played!  Things like that really annoy me! 
And it looks like it was a W800i he was using from what I saw.

thats a W800, you can see the band around the white/cream casing

from the back and camera lens it does'nt seem to be so...notice the small round circle about the camera lens....thats not consistant with a W800.

The cam lens is protruding so I doubt its the K600 or a W800i.
It looks like a dual-front model whatever it is. Nokia released one a while ago.
