Hi, I'm new here and really don't know that much about phones!

I had my T610 stolen last week, I couldn't afford a brand new phone so I got a second hand K700i.
The phone was locked to T-Mobile so I got it unlocked for a fiver so that I can use my o2 sim.
The problem is that the bright pink t-zones option is there on my phone all the time and all the t-mobile wallpapers and tones don't have the option to delete. I phoned Sony Ericsson and was told that I have to get T-mobile to remove this stuff from the phone. Having read a few posts here I'm wondering if there is another way to do this? I have a bluetooth dongle but no cable to the pc, will I need a cable?

Another problem that I am having is that when I use sound editor to download tunes to my phone they dont play back, any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance guys

Katie.

btw my firmware is R2AE033....... don't know if this is relevant but thought I'd mention it

Thanks goldenface, i'll have a good read through that.
I probably should have mentioned that I need an 'idiots guide'..... most of this stuff is really new to me and a bit technical
