If you have a DELL Optiplex GX520 and put a mobile phone near the CDROM drive as you receive a SMS/TXT (or perhaps a call) it will shut down the computer "The bug appears when you put your mobile phone close to the cd-rom unit of the dell and then recieve a sms/txt.

Not sure about scummy, but what i do know from personal experience is that they are incredibly unreliable and generally not a very good PC...would'nt touch one now with a barge pole. [addsig]

aslong as they don't put amd in their computers, i don't want to hear about them.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA

Yup...thats bad..no AMD but iguess that might change in the not so distanftfuture...as we've had news abt dell plan using the Opterons in their servers..

Also, Intel seems to be back in the race with Conroe..

That's a Google video though, not an official video. The quality wasn't very clear, but when the screen turned off, it looked like the light went off. When the actual CPU goes off, and the screen is still on, there is usually a light on that's a circle around the power button.

I didn't see the light on, around the power button. Since this isn't official, I wouldn't be surprised if someone just pulled the power cord out from the monitor, when they got the text on the other phone. I don't have a lot of faith in that video, sorry.
