K800i - Can I test I'm on 3G? |

Hi all
Sorry for the possibly stupid question but how can I be sure i'm on 3G?
I thought browsing web content over 3G was supposed to be very quick but I've not seen any difference.
I activated my new 3G sim car when I got my phone last week.
Any ideas?
Cheers

you should get a white/blue icon on the top-left part of your screen, next to your signal strength when you have a 3g/UMTS signal. |

easiest thing to do, is look at your phone, does it have the icon?? if not then you wont be in 3g mode, if it's there then you will be! |

I've got the icon (blue/white circle thing) but my connection doesn't appear to be any better than standard GPRS either. (t-Mobile btw)
