Hi all

Sorry for the possibly stupid question but how can I be sure i'm on 3G?

I thought browsing web content over 3G was supposed to be very quick but I've not seen any difference.

I activated my new 3G sim car when I got my phone last week.

Any ideas?

Cheers

you should get a white/blue icon on the top-left part of your screen, next to your signal strength when you have a 3g/UMTS signal.

easiest thing to do, is look at your phone, does it have the icon?? if not then you wont be in 3g mode, if it's there then you will be!

I've got the icon (blue/white circle thing) but my connection doesn't appear to be any better than standard GPRS either. (t-Mobile btw)
