basically, I received a k800i for my birthday. I'm on o2 pay as you go, and can't set up my GPRS or MMS settings. the sony ericsson website's settings didn't work, and o2 doesnt have the phone listed.. so I went into the o2 shop, and the guy was really helpful, He printed me out the settings to put in manually. great.. or not! 1. scroll to settings

2. select connectivity

3. select data communications

4. select data accounts

5. select new account

6. highlight GPRS Data, and press select....

I would, only the stupid thing only says PS DATA and CS DATA... please help as now I really have no idea what to do.. why does my phone only have these two options???

please help..?!

PS means Packet Switched and that is the one you need. CS means Circuit Switched or Dial up internet access where you get charged by the minute for internet access.

if you go to the phone configurator on O2 and just choose the w810i instead it should work. it did for me on the tmobile web site.

Yeah, usually the closest model works as they are generic so W810 settings will work for you !
