You can either use the phones internal file manager to mark them and then move them to the mem stick or just use SE's file manager. Connect your phone look at the phone memory go to the DCIM folder then the 100MSDCF folder and all the photos on your phone are stored there to transfer.

The pictures saved in the phone mem are not read by the pc when you connect the cel. In that time the phone is using the memory stick, not phones. So just note the pics to the mem stick

Before plugging your phone to the pc, move the pics to the memory stick, that should do it.

@ Tranced

You can access the Mem card and the Phone memory when connected to the PC.
The Mem card appears as a removeable drive under My Computer on your desktop and the phone memory is available to browse if you look at your phones memory with the SE File Manager Application.

If you use SE FMA click on Phone Memory > Pictures > Camera_semc > 100MSCDF and your camera pictures in the phones memory are there.

What's this thread all about?? ... "The pictures saved in the phone mem are not read by the pc when you connect the cell" .... "Before plugging your phone to the pc, move the pics to the memory stick, that should do it."

First of all, OF COURSE they can be retrieved from the PC just using the included USB cable and the Sony Ericsson File Manager that's in the enclosed CD-ROM, hence, there's no need to transfer them to the memory stick. Just drag and drop from the SE FM pictures folder.

I use BT to move files to my P from my phone. My PC has BT via Logitech's keyboard and mouse combo.

You can use the Sony Ericsson File Manager.

1. Connect your phone to the computer with the USB.

2. Open the "Sony Ericsson File Manager"- this software should have came with your Sony Ericsson.

3. Click the only icon that shows up. It should say that it is connected.

4. Find the pictures that are in the folders. If it is on the same folder you can just drag and drop.

5. Select your picture or file, and drag and drop the files outside the window to another window or your desktop.

-----Wala! Your pictures are on your computer-----

Thanks, KLG2992- Kevin
