I have a D600, and two minutes ago ive just caught the handle to bedroom door, with phone inside pocket, take it out and the screen is cracked, with nothing showing up on it, apart from yellowish marks where it is cracked. I can turn the phone on and opff but nothing is showing up. I have only ahd this phone 4 months if that, and do not have orange care. Whats the best thing i can do to get it fixed. I remember i took my k700 to a local mobile repair place and it was covered under warranty. Any suggestions |

Warranty doesn't cover a cracked screen unless you have insurance on the phone I believe.
Getting a new screen fitted will cost a bit though.

And Samsungs are a bugger to take apart! It could be easier to buy a dead/blocked D600 off Ebay, then stick your working mainboard into that phone, saves messing about with slider assemblies and fragile data ribbons! I've done this before many a time!

nah samsungs are easy to disemble, especially the sliders, I would day the d600 is a bit more challenging then say a d500, but not much more, take ya 20 min and cost u about 30 quid
