K800 or W900? |

Guyz help me out here...if im not mistaken W900 is still worth $500 even after 1 yr of release...i dun understand tht...K750i's price is halved in 6 months but W900's price is not budging! Is it becoz the mob is v unpopular or is it coz it has been discontinued?
I have to get a new large screen mob (only SE) and obv i juz have these 2 options...(i dun want P990)....so which is the better mob from these 2? Lemme tell u what features r imp for me...the mob shud hv a good mob atleast as good as K750 if not better...but i also want full screen video recording which if im not mistaken is only possible in W900? Another reason is tht recently i used my cuzinz W550 and i was impressed by the mp3 quality and speaker sound of tht mob...Has W900 got the same sound power or less? And are the 3D games in W900 really 3D or juz measly good lookin java? I wud hv definitely gone for the K800 but the new M2 memory stick and the inability to record on 240*320 really put me off...still id like to know which mob is overall better (not juz the camera)
And is there any chance for W900 price to dip in the near future? |

Your excessive use of 'mob' is confusing. I'm assuming you are using it instead of Mobile Phone, however the above statement still makes no sense. |

I fink u may b hapi wif w900 if u dun mind its sìze n design, bout the price aint so sure, camer is fair, screen sharpnes isnt as gud as k800 thou, 3D havnt tried much, but i fink u've got the idea |

Well the W900's price isn't going to drop in the near future. It's just going to stay quite high end purely because it was designed to stay semi-exclusive. The screen is OK, nothing spectacular apart from the size. The K800 is really just better in every way, except for video recording. So the K800 is really a good buy (unless you really need the video).

Dont think the k800 has as good a loudspeaker. W900 has worse still camera but better video and design IMO.

W550 has the best loudspeaker, n w900 just slightly better than k800

if you don't care about k800's sharper screen, smaller size, better camera, lens cover, lower price, than the w900 is the phone for you.

I would keep hold of the W900i for the time being, as a better cybershot is bound to appear - especially if it is hanging on to its price so well.

i just come from the w900i. Yes its a great phone, unique. I loved the swivel action, but sometimes it got a bit annoying everytime you have to open it to dial a number or send a msg. And it was a bit lagy.
The k800i is better in everything, bar video cam....thats all i can think of, for now.....go k800 |
