Does anyone know how I can configure my Sony Ericsson k790's email settings to hotmail?

as I remember (I didtched hotmail a while ago) they only use IMAP... you might want to get another address that will collect your hotmail via IMAP then use that for pop if you phone only uses pop mail.

as ar as i know hotmail can only be acsessed through 3rd party software via hotmail plus, u can get hotmail on WAP/GPRS though goto google on wap browser and search for MSN and you can even use a web based MSN, check your emails and use the calender so give it a try as far as i know hotmail is no longer free to use on Outlook (any version) Mozila (and blue bird) incredimail and phone POP email clients

i maybe wrong i dont work for MicroSoft Networks (MSN)

Ive always done that on my old P900. I used to just wap browse then login via opera browser, but I just want ot be able to pick them up without the hassle of doing all of that if its even possible ??

Unless you subscribe to Hotmail Plus you cannot use POP access to Hotmail accounts. All you can use is HTTP.

DC are you on a 360 forum by anychance as theres someone on there with that name too...

so in the end.....how do you get your hotmail forwarded onto another email isp which supports pop3 to get them on the phone???
