Got a problem here and i hope someone can help...
I'm trying to put songs to the phone's internal memory using the disc2phone software...I plugged in the USB cable into the computer and on the phone screen it asks me to choose between file transfer mode and phone mode...i choose file transfer mode and then the alert on my computer pops up saying that the k800 is connected and on the phone it says preparing for file transfer...but after that, the phone's display shows the SE startup logo and comes back on with the "do not remove the usb cable until you have exited the application on your PC".
Upon getting this screen, I can't seem to choose the phone's internal mem as a destination in the Disc2Phone software. It just says "you must instert a mem stick or connect the phone via usb".
Am I doing something wrong here? |
