W810i dead after less than 10 hours! |

Basically, I was enjoying this phone fully - and after about 10 hours, when I power-cycled it, I got a F-WSOD (flashing white screen of death) 
The seller will only exchange DoA phones, forcing me to go through  ...
First there was the awful S710a experience, now this. If doesn't make it right this time, I may move to Nokia - for good!

Do u have warranty? Then u should get the same as replacement

That's one heck of warranty just a week ??? Some have it for mont nd even a year ... Yup, try Nokia for change mate! Good luck.

i got 12 month warranty for my K750i though.. if you move to Nokia.. without hesitate go for the big one.. that will be a N93  |

Damn, this looks somewhat widespread. Is this the W600 debacle all over again? Any way to keep it from happening? Because I did eject the phone from within Windows, and I did wait to unplug the cable until after the phone said it was safe to do so 
Anyway, I already sent the phone in to SE. Who knows, maybe they'll flash it with the Americas-1 FW (mine originally had SE Asia). I'm trying to stay positive - I love - but my patience with them is at an end

For most phone retailers here in the US (mine included, unfortunately), DoA means that it just won't turn on when it's fresh out of the box. Since my phone functioned properly for 10 hours or so after first opening, it techinically was not DoA.
