I dont think it exists. It would be a bit pointless wouldnt it? The data charges would cost more than actually making a phone call. Also EDGE is fast enough, you need a wifi connection.

GPRS and EDGE have too long latency for it to be useful - your speech would be delayed for up to a second. |

Probably but once again. Skype did not develop or release it and the data costs would be higher than an actual phone call, soooo why bother?

I have a good price plan for data transfer, so I think it would make sense for international calls.
