I've dropped it a few times, but this time kinda did it. Whenever I go to turn it on, it doesn't boot up and the screen starts flashing manically. I don't think it's the screen that has a fault, becase if I wait 30 seconds, then press the walkman button then the joystick, this should play a track and it doesn't, if I open the camera lens and go to take a picture you can't hear the lens focus, so it looks like it's something more than just the screen.

Is this a known problem, has it been seen before? If so, is there a way to repair it? Or, have I just made myself a new brick? I would be greatful for any suggestions. Thanks!

Oooh, an update. The screen doesn't flash anymore, it just stays white.

A known problem, give me a break. You dropped your phone many times. It is toast. Finished. Have it repaired at a service center or get yourself a new one and take more care of it.

lol, I mean, if it was something hardware wise that could be fixed. I've opened it up and can't see anything loose, and the screen connection looks fine. Meh, it's in it's 1 year waranty, so I'll just send it off and act dumb I suppose.
