I just connected my laptop to my K800 over bluetooth and activated the PAN network access. Seems to work fine

1) Of course, bluetooth must be enabled on the phone and on the computer.

2) make sure that the phone and the computer are paired in bluetooth settings

3) Under bluetooth settings, there is a bluetooth internet menu opton. In there, select an internet profile

4) On the computer, right-click the bluetooth icon and select "Quick connect", "Network access" and your phone, or "other devices" if it's not in the list. The first time, there are some things installed on the computer, just follow the instructions and accept the defaults.

Instead of bluetooth, I think it's also possible to use irda or the USB cable with similar setups, but I have not tried that. Bluetooth is far more convenient since no cable needs to be attached.
