any expert out there can help me with sorting my mp3 songs in the music player --> artists? i have a hard time trying to open the properties of every single song and setting their album name and artist name manually one by one... isn't there a simpler way like w800i where u just put the mp3 inside folders (first folder is the artist name, the second folder inside the first folder is album name) then it sort according to the folders? Do i have to install disc2phone software that comes with the cd?

some mp3 i tried manually putting the album name and artist name but they still appear inside the "unknown artists\unknown album" list... why why why..

The ability to edit the ID3 tags directly within the media player in the K800 is certainly something I would put on my top-ten wish-list for improvements of the software. Note that it does not help to rename the files in the file manager, the titles remain the same.
Until there comes a software update, instead of opening the advanced properties for each file on your PC, you can add the files to a playlist in Windows Media Player. Then, if you open the playlist, you can edit each title, artist, etc directly in the list. The changes are not written to the files directly however, they are stored in some kind of cache in the media player, so use the function found in menu "Tools->Proces media information now" before you close the media player.
