i have just got a new k800i phone but i dont have a 3g sim,as i am on a contract with o2 will they send me a 3g sim on this contract and will they charge me and can i keep the same number |

They should send you a 3G sim free of charge.
As soon as you receive the sim card, ring them up and they will transfer your old number over onto the new 3G sim.

or quickest way....go to an o2 shop, they will do a sim swap, deactivate and reactivate your sim witin 24 hours. they charge £10 for a replacement, but if you call up customer sevices and explain they will credit your bill with £10 |
