I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way that you could get the k800i to be able to read id3v tags for mp3s this would be really neat as i have spent ages naming my tunes in itunes only to port them over and they get called track 10 or whatever.

Also anyone know if you will be able to run any decent video apps like smartmovie?

As far as I understand, it does read the ID tags. I had a couple of mp3 files that i first renamed in the comuter before I snet them to the K800, but in the media player, the title was not the same as the file name. When I opened the file once again in the mediaplayer in the computer, I noticed that the title was the same there. I changed it, and sent it once again to the phone, and now the title was correct. Something to put on the wihlist fur improvements of the K800i is to add a function in the phone's media player to change the ID3 tags in there.

It doesnt read ID3 specifically, such as artist album info etc etc. it only displays the filename without the extension. only other information contained is file size, file type and length of track
