or maybe its because blair is the youngest out of all the leaders and colour film was readily available in his time where as colour film was not available or was rare to find around the other leaders time.

and to be fair George is only 8 years older than Tony as beating in mind his dad was the president you thought they may have had colour...
where did Saddams mum and dad go wrong?
