i have an ericsson w800i and i am looking for a guide how to open the device...
can anyone help me with pictures or a link?
the situation is very sirious..i want to open the device

dont you think it would be safer to take it to a service centre?

i found the way but i have a problem...
there are 2 screws and i dont know the suitable tool unscrew them...

the problem is that i cannot unscrew even the screws in the picture i uploaded...
if i don't make this i cannot do the others on the fotos |

You need a small torx screw driver. You can usually pick up a cheap set from an electronics store. |

The price of those torx screwdrivers wary a lot. I saw some of that size in a "cheap store" for 1 € / piece. Ofcourse you can spend a lot more for a pro set, your choise  I would recommend the service center if you have warranty left... Good luck anyway

i don't think so..........the battery and the memory stick are dead....until now only the sim works.................
if the device is also dead i will send it for RMA and i will tell that the device had from the first day problems and suddenly it stopped working............
otherwise i will send it for service......do anyone know about the cost to fix the phone?
