hy averyone!my k750i have a big problem!please help me! |

yesterday,when i went i the menu of the phone,the joystik wasn't work when i push him down.then i press the turn off button and nothing.after this i pull up the battery and then i pusht it back.when i press the turn on button the phone was turnig on,but he ask me the phone password,wich was 131990.and surprise!the 1,2,3 button were not work.the other buttons worked but the 1,2,3 and the first button wich is in the left part,exacly near the display,wasn't work.and now i can't go in the phone menu because 1,2,3 buttons.i update again the software and nothing.please help me!!!thanks a lot ! | |

It could be this:
1.Due to the dust acumulated in there.
2.Due to a shock of the fone
3.Due to a hardware problem ( i hope for you that is not this case )
Try cleaning the dust and the keypad (if it's possible, i don't know that model well  ) if it exist some dust there.
If none of this is the prob , i recommed to send the fone to you're dealer and request service assistance.
I don't think the software could do this .... Aniway it's an annoying thing that could happen to anyone of us . Good Luck!

Just go to the nearest service center and let them repair the phone. If you have warranty left then it is free. Atleast cleaning the keys for my w800i was free and quite fast too. Incase no service centers near you, then find the thread for disassembling k750 thread for cleaning instructions (opening the phone voids the warranty, I think?). Anyway good luck, hope you get the phone working soon.

that's due dirty/dust accumulated down yer keypad and yer joystick. Or in the worst (hardware damaged). Aint hoping that.

i bought my phone last year in december.i changed the software this night for 2 times.and nothing.k if you say somethinhg about durst,maybe is under keypad.but the joystick?can't work when i push him down.that was the reason for i pull aout the battery.can be there durst wich is blocking the right function?
the big problem is: i have the waranty document but i don't have the documnet from the magazine who specified the place from where i bought the phone.and without that document i can't have the waranty garancy.
anyway.thanks for advice. |

All SE Phones have 2 year warranty. I believe that the purchase date has been recorded when you bought the phone, thus it can be checked at service center. So document is not needed. Works that way atleast here in Finland.
