k800 MMS download problems |

hello everyone!
recently upgraded to K800 on 3 from K750 on Vodafone.
All going beautifully until two of my friends tried to send MMS, and I got error message "download failed, unsupported content" when i know categorically they were trying to send jpeg files. SE said it was 3's fault, 3 took two hours to blame SE. i could receive MMSs from both of these friends before i changed handsets, and they have had no problems sending them to anyone else.
i can still send and recieve MMSs to others, its just these two.
also, 3 got me to send an MMS from my phone to one, and get them to send it straight back to me but it still won't download.
also SE suggested changing for new handset, which i did, but still have same problem. pleeeease help me, it's so frustrating!

me again. have discovered today that it is simply ALL mms's from vodafone which are being blocked. all other networks are working perfectly.
now SE are blaming 3, 3 are blaming vodafone, and, surprise surprise, vodafone blame SE.
any ideas? please?
