Just insert a nail in the crack between the frontcover and the body of the phone, then slide it from top to bottom while bending slightly outwards, that should get the cover of. |

a nail!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????? that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard. that will scratch the phone. or will at least make the gap bigger so more dust will get there. all you have to do is press HARD on both sides of the phone where the screen is. and it should click open. be careful not to break the clips. without them i'm thinking more dust. |

Does such an operation void the warranty or not?
I would like to change the whole cover because the glass is scratched and there is dust on the screen. But I would like to keep my warranty. The phone never fell, it is just a matter of having it in my pockets...
Thanks for the info |

when it comes to the point wherein you're going to pry out the front cover, i use is a credit card or better yet a card key (like the ones used in hotels coz its a lil thicker). i insert the card from into a gap from the base of the fone then slide it upwards. it pries out the cover without leaving a mark. hope this helps |
