O2 Online delay in order processing |

I ordered a k800i this morning from O2 but I have not received any conformation via email. Could someone who has recently ordered via the online shop let me know if they received an email confirming their order? I am slightly worried O2 have lost mine! |

you can check you order status online if you sign in to "view my bill"
I have had many phones from o2 over the past 6 years and not once had one of their email confirmations that their website says they send out!
But their site tells you if your order has been sucessful or not.

Shouldn't worry. I never received a confirmation email either.

Thank you for the replies. I phoned o2 and they told me my order had been held for a credit check. The order was completed yesterday and an email was supposed to be sent to confirm the order tracking number. I did not recieve this and so have no idea when i will be delivered. My account information online has only just been updated. O2 seem to be a little unreliable atm. Im guessing my order will arrive today, I hope! |

I also have ordered the K800i on O2 online tariff today. BUT I got 2 confirmation emails, but I have NOTHING in the My O2 but about any orders or bills! The only options I have once I login into My O2 is 'My Mobile', 'My Details', 'My Alerts', 'View My Bill' (which doesnt work), and 'Sign Out'.
Anyone encountered this sort of porblem before when ordering online? Will my orders come once I have my phone, or its a call customer services job?

Hi JLamy,
Yes this is the problem i encountered 2. It seems to take them a while to update the online account details. It tends to show after about 30 hours after the initial order. If your worried about the progress of your order phone the online help number. They were very helpful with my query and only 3mins on hold. Well done this time O2.

I now got an email telling that my order has been dispatched, along with the phone number of the account; However I am still missing the above billing options in 'My O2'. I hope I will have them by tomorrow.
