The SciFi Channel is currently hosting an "innovation and concepts competition", and among the concepts submitted, a telepathic earpiece that will translate your thoughts into text messages. It's called the Thought Messenger.
Source
Love text messaging, but hate punching in notes on your phone's keypad? The Thought Messenger Earpiece was made just for you! Reading your surface thoughts, the telepathic device will translate them into text messages, sending them to any contact in your cell phone's address book that you can think of. You activate the earpiece by tapping the button on its side, or, if you really want to keep things hands-free, you can designate a "thought word" to activate it. It had better be a word you hardly ever think about, however, to ensure you don't enable it accidentally (the default thought word is "Steve Guttenberg"). Of course, it'll route calls from your phone to your earpiece just like any Bluetooth headset, with the bonus of giving you an audible alert whenever your conversation partner's thoughts and speech don't match up.

Who knows, maybe some of those ladies would react nicely to your thoughts |

Can you just imaging recieving a text from someone you're not that fond of and thinking something like, "God, it's that idiot again," and the message gets sent off to him/her?
