W810/W850/K800 HELP! |

I've just had a call from Orange about my upgrade and they're offering me the W850i. I didn't know it was available yet but I've been reading about it for a while on here and the SE website and liked the look of it.
HOWEVER I've recently read all the comments on here about it not having autofocus and a crappy camera and now don't know what to do. I've currently got a W800, which I think has been great, so I'm wondering which upgrade to go for - W810, W850 or K800.
I used to use the W800 quite a lot as an MP3 player but now i've got a new iPod it might not get as much use, rendering the W810/W850 Walkman feature a bit pointless. I'm also a bit annoyed that the W810 doesn't have lens cover after with W800 did!
In that case, would the K800 be a better choice cos then at least I'll have a decent camera in my pocket at all times? Also, what's the MP3 player quality like on the K800? I understand it's not as good as the W phones, but is it still good enough for infrequent use?
Any thoughts/advice on which path to choose?!?! |

Ofcourse, if you're not into mobile music, then K800. |

Also, W850 doesnt have a crappy camera. AF has really spoiled us all! |

Considering you said you bought an iPOD, getting a W series doesnt make a lot of sence because as you mentioned, you wont be using the phone as a MP3 player a lot anymore.
K800's MP3 player is almost similar as the W series except it has no video playback(in the player only). Also, the supplied headphones are inferior to the W series and there is the absence of mega bass.
Also, W850 will come with a v 2.0 walkman player which looks fantastic, but then again, you wont be using the phone as a player. So the logical choice is K800. |

I'd go for the K800, if your not going to use the walkman features. Although as far as I'm aware the only differance between the K800 and a walkman phone is that it doesn't have the megabass setting. Which isn't a big loss. And the head phones are differant.
So unless you want to swap AF for megabass, get the K800. |

Easy. Based on your situation, go for the K800! No doubt about it.

my mate just got a K800 and he's dead happy with it, but having read a lot of the reviews and gripes on here about it lately I have to say I've been a bit put off. I've had 4 SE phones now and all have been faultless and first class, and don't want to start having hassles now! My mate's K800 has been fine thus far so maybe I'm being over-cautious.... |
