My camera was working fine a few days ago, but now when I try to use the camera, only a black screen apeears instead of the image you want to take. When I go take a picture, an all black picture is taken. Anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it? thanks

Try updating your firmware from the SE website. If that doesnt work you may have to take it to a service centre for repair.

PC virus' don't affect phones. If your phone is within warranty then DON"T MESS WITH IT! Just take it back. If no warranty applies then try one of the recovery tools or flashing sites the others have mentioned. Good luck!

If your phone hardware is Ok, a firmware reflash should solve your problem. Search this forum for "phone flashing tutorial".

Have you shutdown your phone and remove your battery for 15 sec. and then restart it. [addsig]
