French uprgrade to R2A for T68 |

This morning i've tryed to go ta an Ericsson Service Shop to asks to upgrade my firmware and btw change my cover that i've killed by wanting to remove little scratches on it.
The guy answers me that this phone is too new and that they don't have any spare parts (this i understand) and that they don't have software for it and that i have to download it. I replyed to him that in other european countries they allready have all i'm askin and he told me that we, in france, are a little bit late.
I think that the guy didn't understand that i want an upgrade and not a sofware.
Anyway, did anybody in France succeded in upgrading is firmware of his T68 ??

There is no probleme for us to uprage your software. The service point must be able to make it. If he isn't just go to another one.

Thank you .v. for your response, but near Paris there is more than 20 services point and currrently i don't have the time to try them all, espacialy when you know how difficult it is to park your car in Paris 
If you could provide me the adress of a service point that with no doubt can upgrade the firmware of my T68, and have some spare cover that would be very appreciated.
